Beginner Pole: (45 min.)

This class is for students just beginning their pole journey. Everyone starts at this level no matter what your fitness level is. You will be learning beginner spins, floor work, how to walk, and more, all while building your strength, confidence, and grace. We highly recommend students taking this class at least 5-10x to get comfortable with the new body movements, increase upper body and core strength, and flexibility. In the process, you will have fun and laugh at yourself. Each class will leave you wanting more! Once you've completed the recommended amount of class and you feel comfortable with all the spins, you can advance.
